Framing and Insulation

The framing is done and inspected, the insulation is up and ready for inspection. The sheetrock is being delivered to start installing

Stucco work is done

The stucco is done and texture applied. The next step is to apply all the foam trim pieces.

Roofing continues

After inspection passed, the roofing is continuing with the flat roof insulation and hot mop. The stucco work on the parapet is already done so the roof can be sealed against it.

Doors and Stucco

While the electrical, plumbing and A/C continue, the French doors were installed and the stucco work started.

Progress on Many Fronts

The windows are mostly installed, the plumber, electrician and framer are almost done and the stucco is getting started. The roofer is scheduled for tin cap inspection on Friday and the rough stairs are also installed.

Sheathing the Roof

The final cap beams and parapets are poured, the trusses in place and the roof plywood is ready for inspection on Monday. The precast window sills are being installed so the window bucks can be started tomorrow

Final blocks are going up

The last blocks for the parapets and party wall are going up now. The next few days will be for preparing the walls for trusses to be flown into place on Friday.
